Question
How do my customers see their submitted tickets if they're in multiple organizations on the "My Activities" page?
Answer
End users can view their own tickets and see tickets associated with their organizations within the Customer Portal of the help center. To view tickets associated with your organizations, go to the My Activities page and click on Organization requests. If you're part of multiple organizations, a drop-down will appear to the right of the search bar which allows you to choose the organization requests you would like to see.
For more information on the My Activities page, see the article: Submitting and tracking requests in the help center Customer Portal.

Hello, by default in my instance, for an end user, Zendesk sets the access as "can consult and modify their tickets only".
Is it possible when import of the users to specify that this specific user can see all the tickets of his organization ? Or are we gonna have to do it manually for the people concerned ?
Thank you

Hello SEIF,
When you bulk upload users, you can include the restriction which sets the team member's or end user's privileges, the tickets they have access to. More details about Bulk importing users here.
