How do my customers see their tickets if they're in multiple organizations?

Hello, by default in my instance, for an end user, Zendesk sets the access as "can consult and modify their tickets only".

Is it possible when import of the users to specify that this specific user can see all the tickets of his organization ? Or are we gonna have to do it manually for the people concerned ?

Hello SEIF,

When you bulk upload users, you can include the restriction which sets the team member's or end user's privileges, the tickets they have access to. More details about Bulk importing users here.

Is there a way for the end user to see all organization tickets without selecting and reviewing each organization separately?
