Issue symptoms
The widget to contact the Zendesk team keeps appearing on each page with a notification as seen below, or expanded as a chat window at the bottom of the page. Each time when you reload a page, this chat icon appears:

Resolution steps
This widget behavior is expected from an update to help customers keep track of any unread messages from Zendesk's team.
To resolve the issue
- Open the widget icon to expand the widget.
- Open any message threads that are showing an unread message notification.
