When I try to save my trigger or automation, I receive the error: Email size cannot exceed 8192 bytes. What does this error mean?
Answer
Zendesk displays this error when the generated content of the email body exceeds the hard-coded limit of 8192 bytes. This error typically appears when a trigger or automation has too much liquid markup or HTML formatting in the body.
To resolve the error, decrease the amount of content within the email body of the trigger or automation.
