When I try to generate a forecast, I see this error message: Forecast Failed To Generate. We've Been Notified And We're Looking Into It.
Resolution steps
The error message Forecast Failed To Generate generally means that there was an issue with processing the data using the selected algorithm. The error then sends a record to the Zendesk WFM team.
To solve the issue, regenerate your forecast at a later time. If you are looking to get a forecast immediately, select a different algorithm. If you are still having issues, contact Zendesk Customer Support.
