The Quicktab extension prevented agents from duplicating their Zendesk tabs, ensuring that Zendesk and Tymeshift operated at optimal efficiency.
Currently, the Zendesk WFM time tracker accurately tracks agents’ activities based on the Support view in focus for each agent. Therefore, there is no need to install the Quicktab extension.
