How can I remove a connection in Zendesk QA?
Answer
A Zendesk QA admin or account manager can remove a connection from the account. When a connection is removed, all conversations associated with it are removed. However, any reviews associated with the connection will remain.
To remove a connection
- Select Settings
- Select, Toggle sidebar icon
- Under Account, select Connections
- Find the connection to delete. Select the icon with three dots to the right and select Delete connection
