Can Scorecards be duplicated?
Answer
Yes, scorecards can be duplicated. If a Scorecard needs to be copied over to a different Workspace, contact Zendesk Customer Support for further assistance as this cannot be done in the app.
The entire Scorecard will be copied. If an existing Scorecard is present, it will be replaced with the new one. Existing rating categories written over by the new ones from the copied Scorecard are archived.
To access archived Scorecards
- Click the side panel and click Settings icon.
- Click, Toggle sidebar icon.
- Click Users & Workspaces and select the workspace associated with the Scorecard.
- Click, Scorecard from the dropdown.
- Click Archived.
- Find the archived Scorecard, click the three horizontal lines, then click Unarchive.
Once a Scorecard is unarchived, it will be viewable in the active Scorecard list.
