Accessing and viewing the WFM User management page

I am having trouble reflecting the correct status for one of my agents. It seems the issue is that this agent was indeed ‘inactive’ when we first installed WFM. However, he is now active and WFM refuses to sync status properly. I have even modified the agent's name and the name change appears after performing a manual sync. What's happening here? How can I force the status change?

I find it incredibly limiting not being able to just click an option to designate status as as Admin. A process similar to User management in Zendesk Admin panel would be very much appreciated. Any workarounds??
