- We resolved an issue where some transcripts and summaries were not being added to tickets.
- Addressed a bug that led to calls dropping when line settings were changed.
- Fixed a problem where persons in transcripts and summaries were mixed up, resulting in inaccurate information.

- In Explore's Answer Bot pre-built Flow Builder overview dashboard, the % engaged with bot and % transferred to agent metrics have been updated to respect the time filter. Previously, they would only calculate based on all time.
