Agent Status Activity history API endoint

Hello,

In the event is its believed that an agent is avoiding calls, can we please add a query dataset that will include a history of an agents activity whenever a change is made to their status?

Agent 1:
7:00 - Log in
7:13 - Call leg accepted
7:16 - Wrap up
8:00 Away status
8:03 Online Status

etc.

Thank you for reaching out! We appreciate your feedback and I genuinely think that would be a beneficial endpoint. Our team is working on some stuff to better provide that type of functionality. In the meantime, have you tried the Agent Activity API? This may be able to give you access to at least some of the data you're looking for. You can read more about it here. Hope this helps!
