Hi there! 

It'd be great if there was a way to save and share advanced searches.  

I wasn't able to find anything around this on the help articles nor comments, so apologies if I missed this.

It would be great if the app results could display the lookup field values instead of the ID, similar to how the Group/Organization name is displayed.

Would like to be able to set the default columns in the search results.  I always have to turn off the current default columns I do not want.

Is there possible to have "Hidden" on Download CSV button for those Agents?  I think this is neat for Agents to use for Search, but should hidden it.  With Administrator level, can have Download CSV button.

We have noted since the introduction of private groups and permissions restricting users from access to private group tickets that users can no longer export the results from the app. Is there a way to resolve this?

I would expect that the app understand the restrictions of the role and not let them download private group data but still allow the export of tickets from public groups. Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that this is not working for you.

Please try the following:
- different Browser
- incognito window
- Clear Cache and cookies of the Browser
- Make sure that your Browser and PC itself is up to date and that there are no outstanding updates.

If it is still not working after, please open a ticket with Zendesk Support, so that we can investigate and assist you further.

Hi team!

I've noticed a problem with a button “Download CSV” in Advanced Search app. It doesn't work, and I can't download a corresponding CSV when the search results are greater than 100.

Can we improve on the search attribute "Tags"?

  1. Some tags available in tickets cannot be included in the search. Tested with custom field dropdown values, some works and some doesn't. Similar to tags that are manually added to tickets or added via Macros, some can be found and some cannot.
  2. Allow searching of multiple tags (AND) condition, e.g. tickets containing both tag_a and tag_b.

I saw Dani Magner's comment on the size of column, any process since August 2020?  

We have one with "Description" which usually have long characters, is there anyway wrap-text or size adjustable to add in web responsive for improve reading?

It would be helpful to be able to search by negative and positive Zendesk Satisfaction ratings.
