Allow Admins to change their own role

    Rudolph Beaton What is your use case for wanting to adjust your own role? If it is for testing agent access, we typically just assume into an agent via my.zendesk.com/users

    The link you sent over doesn't work, but to answer your question, yes it's for testing essentially. I also needed to give myself a seat to use Zendesk Talk to make a call to a customer, because in Talk Admins can't make calls. 

    If Zendesk wants to require me to use the assume account trick to assume into another admin's account to make these changes, I can do that, but that is far from ideal for many reasons.

    To clarify, do you mean for admins to grant themselves Talk or Chat licenses? Or to also be able to downgrade themselves?
