When help center improvements in mobile SDKs?



Everybody knows that self-service is a king. Zendesk Guide is a great product but only if we're talking about web. It seems that help center features in mobile SDKs have never got any noticeable improvements since the launch day.

 At least we really need:

  • new fresh UI
  • context search (like in web)
  • popular articles (we have them only in web)
  • deep links support (at present if you use a deep link in articles it first opens a browser and only then the desired place of an app)
