    Would be great to have a trigger when a sales contact gets created that it also creates a Zendesk Support User

    Thank you for sharing Alex Vargas. Why would you like to create a Zendesk Support User after a Contact is created in Sell? What would this Zendesk Support User be used for?

    Thank you for kind words Simon Penders. Custom fields are actually on top of our list and we're actively working on releasing them. Once that happens I'll update this thread.

    Will they be adding Trigger Events so we can automatically update Subscriptions+Changes for Renewals etc? Roadmap 2022? Would love to see this asap, if not, do you know of Marketplace Apps that are filling this function?

    I have a field for estimated close date and another for estimated project start date. These fields are huge aids in forecasting recognized revenue in our SaaS/Services company. I would like to trigger a must-update of the Estimated Project Start date when the Estimated Close Date is changed. Providing this as a specific use case to contribute to the asks above.

    In addition, similar to Lewis above, we need to trigger an automated email sequence to contacts x days before a software renewal based upon the renewal date. Not the right forum but we really need multiple subscriptions per contact as they can buy more than one software product.

    Lewis Gyde we are planning to include Subscriptions in Triggers, but I'm afraid not in the 2022. First we want to focus on Deals, Contacts, Leads (standard + custom fields for all of them), then Tasks, Notes, Emails and Calls. Once that's done we'll move into things like Collaborators, Appointments, Subscriptions, etc., until you can automate most of the objects and activities in Sell.  

    To see if we have an app that solves for your use case could you be more specific? For example by sharing a short use case story that describes your process and needs.

    Jason Hurlbut thank you for sharing the specific use cases. How should the Estimated Project Start date change when Estimated Close Date is changed? Is it by some fixed value, value relative to the change or different? 

    The sequence use case is clear. As for the multiple subscriptions I shared this feedback with the PM behind Sell Subscriptions.

    I'd also love to see the ability to create users in Zendesk Support with triggers from sell. My company has separate customer and technical support teams. CS will be using Sell while TS uses support. So it would be nice that when a client is won on the CS side, it would push that client info into Support so tickets can be made/handled by the TS team.

    Right now the available fields and actions for triggers are far too restrictive. Can't wait till custom fields can be used, and more actions become available.

    Hi Massimiliano Meroni, we are continuously working on extending triggers capabilities and this includes time-based automations. Our next release will introduce Deal Score, Win likelihood and Distributions to triggers, which will be followed-up with custom fields.

    Can you give me an example of what you would like to achieve in Sales Triggers so that we can take it into consideration when planning our roadmap?
