Ticket Flow and Reply Box Location in Agent Workspace

We recently switched to the Agent Workspace option and are strongly cosidering swithcng back to the legacy format.   The biggest complaint of agents is that the ticket flow is reversed (oldest comment at the bottom instead of the top), and the reply box is moved to the bottom of the screen.    It is very inconvenient to have to scroll down to find what you are looking for.  Can this be reversed, or at least there be an option to specify how you want the comments to flow and to move the reply box back to the top?

I'm also inquiring if you can choose which comment to be at the top ? Can we customise

This is a big issue in our account as well. Can someone please reply to this it is a major concern.
