Allow New Fields to be Added to the User Requested Field Section

It would be very helpful to display another field of our choosing here. In my case, a Brand field for our users that may be clients of multiple brands to expedite the ticket viewing process would be extremely useful.

+1 as I can see there being many more useful fields (priority, custom fields Brand, etc)
