Forwarded email attachments

When forwarding email from external email address to Zendesk, original email message attachments are not automatically transferred to created Zendesk ticket. It's needed to manually upload attachments to Zendesk ticket. This makes ticket processing complicated and forwarding emails to Zendesk looses its sense. It would be great to have email attachments automatically forwarded to Zendesk together with the email message.
