Need phone number field in Add New User popup

We have customers who do not have email address but phone only and every time we add a new user and open this pop up, we have to create a user without email address first, then add the phone number in the profile page - so it is a 2-step process. 

If we have a choice to enter either email or phone, or both, in the first pop up, that would be very helpful.

Our team could really benefit from this as well as they are currently required to add an email and phone number to all contacts created in Zendesk.  We use phone software outside of Zendesk and have a decent workflow on adding the phone numbers after the new contact is created, however it often gets missed since the option is not right there in the pop-up.  Since this is not a current option, we get a lot of duplicate contacts created and cleaning up contacts in Zendesk is not an easy feat, currently.

This feature would be useful for us as well. This would save our users from a 2-step process for adding the phone number.
