Onur Okutan Yaroslav Vasiutin It's great that conversation titles are customizable and our bot can update it in real-time, depending on the intent.  Yet, we have a problem with iOS SDK. Everywhere else, the conversation Title will update in real-time, but in iOS SDK, you have to close the SDK and re-open it again - only then will the title update. Is it a known issue? 

@Yaroslav you can do it with Zendesk Support trigger and API call to SunCo API.

Tetiana Gron From the end-user's perspective, nothing happens. The CSAT extension won't close, and the thank you page is not presented.

Tetiana Gron We checked CSAT today in the iOS app, and now it looks much better. Unfortunately ( only in iOS SDK ), the Submit button will register feedback but will not close the CSAT popup.

We have found that in mobile SDKs survey's list of options is rendered in a Z shape, which is very confusing for our customers and looks bad. Can it be changed to the top-down order, like it's made for the web widget?

Jourdin Binning  They use an Advanced AI ( Ultimate) bot that has a different set of features. In your case, I would suggest that to add an option, add an additional step in the flow that will prompt the users if they still have other questions.

Jake McCloskey  Our workaround was to find the user and change its role to a [Light] Agent. That helped a bit, will it work for you?

Post Developer - Zendesk SDKs

Our Android app has several events that require us to log out users and close all activities.

E.g. when our  access token expires, we need to log out user and show the login page per our InfoSec requirements.

 

Zendesk SDK has API to start messaging via showMessaging(), function but we can't find an option to hide the messaging chat. Can you guide us, what we can do here?

Upvoting the request. The same issue with our implementation in messaging SDK. Is there a way to get information that there is an active conversation in the chat, so we won't initiate our app inactivity timeout?
