Puoi usare i tag di contenuto negli articoli del centro assistenza per raggruppare i contenuti correlati e visualizzarli agli utenti finali (consulta Informazioni sui tag di contenuto). Se il tag di contenuto che desideri non esiste, puoi crearlo dall’articolo e quindi aggiungerlo.
Nota: prima di pubblicare i tag di contenuto devi scaricare il tema Copenhagen più recente o aggiornare il tema personalizzato per abilitare i tag di contenuto. Consulta Introduzione ai tag di contenuto.
Per aggiungere tag di contenuto agli articoli
- Nel centro assistenza o in Amministratore Knowledge, vai all’articolo a cui vuoi aggiungere i tag di contenuto, quindi fai clic su Modifica articolo nella barra dei menu in alto.
- Se il pannello Impostazioni articolo non è visualizzato nella barra laterale, fai clic sull’icona Impostazioni articolo (
) per espandere il pannello.
- Fai clic sulla scheda Posizionamento per espandere il pannello Posizionamento, quindi scorri verso il basso fino alla sezione Tag di contenuto .
- Nel campo Tag di contenuto, inizia a digitare il tag di contenuto da aggiungere, quindi seleziona Aggiungi come nuovo tag o seleziona il tag di contenuto corrispondente, se esiste.
Puoi aggiungere un massimo di 25 tag di contenuto, ma è consigliabile aggiungerne da cinque a sette (consulta Prassi ottimali per l’uso dei tag di contenuto).
- Aggiungi altri tag di contenuto se necessario.
- Se vuoi rimuovere un tag di contenuto, fai clic sulla X accanto al nome del tag.
- Fai clic su Aggiorna impostazioni.

Hi 1901646271844 , I have Content Tags enabled but I still not seeing the “Related to” section on my pages.
I am able to add/delete content tags and see the “Related articles”, but the “Related to” section does not show.
I am on Copenhagen 1.4.3. What else do I need to do to have this feature enabled?

Why does Bulk Action of Tags require an API tool, but Labels doesn't?
Also, why can't we bulk action move articles for which we've searched and filtered in the Manage Articles list?
These are two glaringly obvious missing features here.

I'm not clear on why we can bulk add Labels to articles, but not Tags? Using the API is pretty clunky for something that should just be a native feature. Is this planned to be added? We have nearly 2000 articles, so I don't want to take on editing them now if it's going to be a near-future offering.

It's not natively possible in the Guide UI but it can be done via API. You'd need to use the Update Article API with the Update Content Tag endpoint

I have the same question as Easter Dodds– we have a few hundred articles and I would like to add contact tags to all of them. Having to do that one-by-one would be pretty tedious. Being able to filter articles by content tags would also help a lot with keeping track of which ones are done/which ones still need to be updated

Danke, genau sowas habe ich gesucht. Leider kann aber nicht nur "article_page.hbs" betroffen sein, denn den von dir beschriebenen Code habe ich schon. Die Inhaltsstichwörter werden auch angezeigt, aber es werden eben keine verknüpften Beiträge angezeigt. Vielleicht kannst du mir noch schreiben, welche Datei betroffen sind bzw. wo ich die Info finde? Im Help Center finde ich nichts. Viele Dank

generell können wir keinen Support für selbstgeschriebenen Code anbieten, tut mir leid.
Ich empfehle an der Stelle aber mal unser Standard-Design "Copenhagen" genauer anzuschauen. Dieses beinhaltet in der Datei "article_page.hbs" auch den Code für die Inhaltsstichwörter (Zeile 95-108 unter Design-Version 3.1.2).
Mit Hilfe dessen kannst du den Code ggf. eurem aktuellen Design entsprechend übernehmen und anpassen.
