    Are you trying to edit the CSAT text? If yes, the text cannot be customized as of the moment. Nonetheless, if there is any update we'll make sure to include it in our Announcements

    Hello, can I disable the comments field on the satisfaction survey? So that only GOOD or BAD surveys are entered

    The comment option can't be disabled for now and only the full CSAT feature can be disabled. 
    I encourage you to create a new post in the General Product Feedback topic in our community to engage with other users who have similar needs and discuss possible workarounds. Conversations with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning. Thank you!
