Hi, do we have any way to start with bot automatically? avoiding send nothing? So, immediately chat opens, run a bot automatically?

This is possible with proactive messages. With proactive messaging, you can deliver targeted messages to your customers through your Web Widget or mobile SDK channel without waiting for them to start the conversation.
