In addition to scheduling dashboards with agents, you can also schedule Explore dashboard deliveries with customers (or end users). You'll need to do a little extra work to enable this for each user. Before you begin, ensure you have enabled the setting Enable scheduling dashboards to end users on the Dashboard sharing permissions page. For details, see Configuring Explore dashboard sharing permissions.
Use the following procedure for each end user you want to enable dashboard deliveries to:
To configure end users for dashboard scheduling (Explore Enterprise)
Perform the following actions for each end user that you want to schedule dashboard deliveries with.
- In the Zendesk Support sidebar, click the Admin icon (
).
- Select Manage > People.
- On the People page, click the end user you want to configure for scheduling.
You can restrict the list of people to only end users by clicking the filter
underneath the search box.
- In the Tags section of the user profile, enter the tag
explore.
Now, you can use the procedure in Scheduling dashboard deliveries to share the dashboard. The end user you configured will appear in the list of users you can choose to share with.

Why? In one spoke this is an issue and in another spoke it is not. Why has this been complicated?
