In addition to scheduling Explore dashboards to agents, you can also schedule dashboard deliveries to end users (also called customers). This lets you email the latest version of a dashboard to end users on a schedule you configure.

Admins can turn on the ability to schedule dashboard deliveries to end users.
To turn on scheduled deliveries to end users
- In Explore, click the Settings icon (
) in the left sidebar. - Select the Sharing tab.
- Turn on the Scheduled dashboard deliveries to end users setting.
- Click Save.
Configuring which end users can receive scheduled deliveries
End users who can receive scheduled dashboard deliveries must have the explore tag added to their user profile in Support.
To add the explore tag to a user’s profile
- In Support, click the Customers icon (
) in the left sidebar. - Select the end user you want to be able to receive a scheduled delivery.
- Click the Tags field on the left, type explore, and press
Enter on your keyboard.
It might take a few minutes for the user tag to sync with Explore. After it does, the end user you configured will appear in the list of users you can schedule a delivery to.
Scheduling a dashboard delivery to end users
After you’ve turned on the Scheduled dashboard deliveries to end users setting and added the explore tag, dashboards can be scheduled to end users the same way they’re scheduled to agents. For step-by-step instructions, see Scheduling a dashboard delivery.
