How can I share my smart list with my team? Can I share a smart list externally?

Answer

When you create a smart list, the list is only visible to you in your account. There are two options to share your saved views with your colleagues:

• Admins can create a smart list template if they want to share a list with all users. Users can then add the template from the Working Center to quickly access the filtered data in a list.
• Export a smart list to share the data outside your team. The export option allows you to download a CSV file that you can send to a third party.

Note: A smart list template displays records based on each user's data permissions. Smart list records based on a template may show different results among users in your Sell account.
