How do I move where the Web Widget, Web Widget (Classic), or Chat widget appears on my website?

If you have the Web Widget (Classic)

Follow the instructions in the article Configuring components in Web Widget (Classic) and look for the Position component. Select your preference in the dropdown to position the Web Widget on the left or right of the page.

If you have the Web Widget

Follow the instructions in the article: Configuring the appearance of the Web Widget and update the Position in browser window setting.

If you have the legacy Chat Widget (Chat-only account or Legacy Chat)

Follow the instructions in the article (Legacy Chat) Customizing the appearance of your widget and look for the Widget position setting.

Note: if you do not see these settings in the Chat product, this means your settings are managed in the Web Widget (Classic) settings in the Support product as described above.
