Use Zendesk Sell's global Add button to add a new lead, contact, or deal from anywhere in Sell.

To add an object using Add

  1. In the top left corner of any page in Sell, click Add.

  2. Click the type of object that you'd like to create.
  3. Fill in details about the lead, contact, or deal.

    If the person or company already exists in Sell, you'll see an alert with a prompt on the right side. You can either choose to use that existing contact and edit them or continue to create a new record.

  4. Click Save or Save and view.

    Your new lead, contact, or deal is created.
