What is the Talk Partner Edition plan?

Talk Partner Edition is an API toolbox that lets you integrate third-party telephony systems to work within Zendesk Support.
This plan enables telephony integrations to create Zendesk Support tickets for calls and voicemails and create users. For more information, see the Talk Partner Edition API.

I am unable to embed our own CTI application into Zendesk. I have gone through the doc but still the same. Please brief in detail how to embed third-party telephony.

I have two questions:
We did not manage to integrate 3cx successfully onto Zendesk because tickets were being created after the call ended. Is it because we did not make use of this API toolbox?
Our plan is Suite Growth. Is this available to all your customers?

Hi there,
I can see in the previous comment that TPE is included with Zendesk Suite Growth plan. Is it included with all of the Zendesk Suite plans? If not, which plans do include TPE?

We want to pull the voice recordings of our calls on Zendesk talk so we can run them through AWS Transcribe for voice transcription. Is this possible using the Talk Partner Edition API? And if so, does our Zendesk Enterprise Plus Subscription include access to this API?
