Sell provides a fixed range of outgoing IP addresses that you can allowlist, helping you to increase the security of your email integration. Every email that a user sends from Sell is sent from our official IP range of 3.209.202.128/25.
This is a range of 128 different IP addresses, starting from 3.209.202.128 through to 3.209.202.255.
All of these IP addresses should be allowlisted to ensure that your Sell email integration works properly.
You'll need to contact your email service provider or support team, and your security team if you have a firewall, to allowlist these IP addresses, as this can't be set in your Sell account.

Adding SPF records with this IP address range is the only thing that has resolved our sending issues. This article needs to be a lot more clear about the impact/benefits of it.
Zendesk's current IP addresses are blacklisted, and this is what's causing the email delivery issues.
I've unsuccessfully tried escalating this information to support.

Yes, same problem here. Tried escalating with support also, but they don't seem to take it seriously
