My company changed names and I want to update my Zendesk subdomain. What are the steps to change my subdomain?

Account owners can change the subdomain of the account. For instructions on how to do it, see the article: Renaming your subdomain.

You can configure host mapping in your account. Host mapping allows you to change the external-facing URL of the help center. Zendesk recommends configuring host mapping on your account, educating your customers about the new URL, and then changing your subdomain to have the least impact on your customers.
