In the Help Center there are 3 types of search:
- Native Help Center search
- Help Center instant search
- Article suggestion search
What are the differences between each search type?

There are several differences in how the help center search methods work. For more information about the search methods, see the article: Understanding the help center search methods.
Native Help Center search
- Does not use partial word search
- Searches through titles, labels, and content
Instant Search
- Uses a partial word search
- Only returns results based on article titles

Article Suggestion search
- Shown on the submit a request form when end users fill out the subject field in the Help Center ticket form
- Searches through titles, labels, and content
- Uses a relevance score to order suggested articles
