Hello . are there any future update for editing welcome email for Agents , and staff members just like the customers .

Is there news on supporting Dynamic Content in the HTML template? 

All i18n and other optimization is simply impossible, the workaround is to move all "dynamic" parts of the template into triggers, which is a major inconvenience (and also the editor adds line breaks which are usualy not wanted in formatted HTML).

The question was asked in 2021 so I hope it at least ended up on some roadmap?

Unfortunately dynamic content cannot be used in email templates, however, you can use dynamic content in triggers and automations to present localized messages based on the user's profile language: Providing multiple language support with dynamic content - similar discussions can be found here and at the moment, the product team doesn't have any updates on this request. But I would encourage you to upvote the request and add your use case. 
 
We truly value customer feedback and your voice and votes in the forums help influence future Zendesk functionality.

Hi, Can we host email image assets on Zendesk(in theme), (without Sell), with a static URL so the emails won't break if we need to make an update or re-upload out theme?

The “New Look and feel for triggers” HTML Editor completely breaks mixing HTML with Liquid tags, as it wraps everything in paragraphs.

Please review ASAP. I've opened ticket #13088165
