How can I remove agents from groups?
Answer
Remove agents from a group on the Groups page in Admin Center. As a best practice, reassign the tickets assigned to the agents first before you remove them from any group.
- In Admin Center, click People, then select Team > Groups.
- Click the group you want to edit.
- Find the team members you want to remove from the group and click the trash can icon () next to their name.
- Click Save.
