How can I remove agents from groups?

Answer

Remove agents from a group on the Groups page in Admin Center. As a best practice, reassign the tickets assigned to the agents first before you remove them from any group.

1. In Admin Center, click People, then select Team > Groups.
2. Click the group you want to edit.
3. Find the team members you want to remove from the group and click the trash can icon () next to their name.
4. Click Save.
