Can agents create shared macros with their role permissions?
Answer
No, agents can only create personal macros. Only admins can create shared macros.
An exception would be for plans using custom roles. Custom roles allow variations of macro permissions for agents.

Has there been a change to this ability? We have a couple agents that have created macros that they were able to share within their group. They do not have custom roles so this is unusual to me.
