About the trial upgrade
For selected accounts, Zendesk will offer you the opportunity to try out an upgraded version of your account plan or a new feature for a period of 30 days. For example, if you have a legacy Support plan, you may be able to try one of the Zendesk Suite plans. Also, if you have a lower-level Support or Zendesk Suite plan, you may be able to try one of the higher-level Support or Zendesk Suite plans.
Not all accounts are eligible for a trial upgrade. If your account is eligible, you’ll see a notification in your account. Only account owners and billing admins can accept a trial upgrade.
During the trial upgrade period, you can pick a plan or feature, then try it out at no extra cost. Your upgrade choices depend on what plan you currently have. If you decide to purchase the upgrade, your subscription will be adjusted to include the new price.
If you don’t purchase the upgrade, you don’t have to do anything. After 30 days, your account automatically switches back to your current plan at your current price. You’ll have read-only access to anything you created during the trial.
