While the Zendesk Suite contains everything most customers will need, other customers might require more. For example, customers with a lot of tickets and attachments might want to purchase extra data storage space. In this article, you'll learn about the available add-ons for the Zendesk Suite and how to find out more information about them.

Available Zendesk Suite add-ons
The following is a list of add-ons and the Suite plans they are available for.

|Premium Sandbox||Included with Enterprise (partial) and Enterprise Plus plans||Suite Enterprise comes with one partial Premium Sandbox. You can buy
one or more premium sandboxes as an add-on.
Suite Enterprise Plus comes with one full Premium Sandbox. You can buy additional premium sandboxes as an add-on.

|Data storage||Suite Professional and above||Need more storage for your ticket data and files? This add-on, specific to the ticketing system only lets you do that. For more information, see Adding more data storage.|
|WhatsApp numbers||All plans||Your Zendesk Suite plan includes five WhatsApp numbers. If you need more, you can add these on. For more information, see Adding WhatsApp Channels to the Zendesk Agent Workspace.|
|Answer Bot resolutions||All plans||Answer Bot is available on all plan types, but the number of resolutions available varies depending on your plan. If you're running out of resolutions, you can purchase bundles of additional resolutions. See About Answer Bot resolutions.|
|High volume API||Included with Suite Enterprise Plus. Add-on for Suite Growth and higher.||This add-on increases the number of permitted API calls to a higher volume of 2,500 requests per minute. For more information, see Zendesk Support plan limits.|

Customer Lists according to your documentation are available in legacy editions but no longer in Enterprise. As a long-term Zendesk customer, it is unfortunate that I now have to 'Contact our Sales Team' for a feature that used to be readily available that I did not yet have a need for until now since upgrading to a higher-tier platform.
