While the Zendesk Suite contains everything most customers will need, other customers might require more. For example, customers with a lot of tickets and attachments might want to purchase extra data storage space. Available Zendesk Suite add-ons

Agent Months | Suite Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans |
Agent months allow you to add a group of Zendesk agents for a time period less than the current billing cycle. For example, if you are a retail customer, you may be on an annual plan, but ramp up your agents during the holidays. See Managing agent months. |
Customer Lists | Suite Growth and above | Gain insight into your customer base with customer lists. Learn more about subsets of your customers by organizing them into segments based on plan type, support history, industry, or other criteria. |

Customer Lists according to your documentation are available in legacy editions but no longer in Enterprise. As a long-term Zendesk customer, it is unfortunate that I now have to 'Contact our Sales Team' for a feature that used to be readily available that I did not yet have a need for until now since upgrading to a higher-tier platform.
Agreed. Wasted two hours trying to do simply customer export and going in circles. This feature used to be there and now I am paying more and have less basic features. Instead of wasting more time, I am looking at solutions other than ZenDesk.
