Why does the transcript show that the user left the conversation in messaging?

Answer

When the user is inactive for ten minutes, the transcript of the conversation is added to the ticket as an internal note showing that the user "left the conversation." The messaging session times out after ten minutes of no activity, and a new session begins once the end user returns and sends a message.
