Two years of data is ideal for Zendesk WFM to generate an accurate forecast. However, Zendesk WFM can run with smaller datasets. In such cases, Zendesk WFM extrapolates the data to generate the forecast and fills in any gaps with the best available match, though the result will be less accurate.
