Zendesk will discontinue the apps below on August 29, 2024. On that date, the apps will no longer function.
Zendesk will continue supporting these apps until May 29, 2024. However, we recommend uninstalling them at your earliest convenience. These apps are no longer available to download on Zendesk Marketplace.

What is changing?
On August 29, 2024, select apps will stop functioning.
The Bookmark app is being discontinued due to low usage.
The apps in the table below are being discontinued because their capabilities are available in the product or the Zendesk Agent Workspace. Zendesk recommends using the alternative solutions listed below.

Download Recordings |
Because Talk call recordings are registered to tickets as attachments, you can download those attached recordings using the API to download the attachments or by right-clicking the voicemail and selecting “Save as…”. These options are available in the Agent Workspace and for accounts without the Agent Workspace enabled. |
Knowledge Capture |
Use the Knowledge section in the Zendesk Agent Workspace, which offers all the same features and capabilities in the app except for the Rapid Resolve feature, which is excluded from the Zendesk Agent Workspace. |
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is discontinuing these apps due to low usage or because their capabilities exist in the product or via the Agent Workspace. What do I need to do?
We recommend uninstalling these apps from your account using these instructions and using the recommended alternatives listed in the table above because they will stop working on August 29, 2024.
Zendesk will notify your account owner and admin(s) by email if you have any of these apps installed.
