Zendesk trials last for 14 days before they expire. At that point, you can buy Zendesk or let the trial expire. If eligible, Zendesk offers the option to extend your trial for an additional 14 days. You can extend your trial before or after it expires. You must be the account owner to extend a trial.

To extend your Zendesk trial

In Admin Center, click Account in the sidebar, then select Billing > Subscription.
If your trial is eligible for an extension, you'll see this banner at the top of your Subscription page.
- Click Extend trial.
You can also start an extension by clicking the trial ends message that appears at the top of the trial tasks page.
- Specify your reason for extending, then click Extend trial.
When you're trial is extended successfully, your trial tasks page appears and you'll see a new trial ends date at the top of page.
