How can I export all open and closed tickets from an expired Zendesk account?
Answer
Data exports are available from specific plans and require to be enabled on the account. If your Zendesk account has already expired, your data is deleted 90 days after your cancellation date. To export ticket data before that time frame, contact Zendesk Customer Support to request a temporary account reactivation of your cancelled account.
