Deleting a Zendesk QA workspace

Quality Assurance (QA) or Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)

Admins, Account Managers and (Workspace) Managers can delete workspaces in Zendesk QA.

Deleting a workspace

To delete a workspace

1. Click the Settings icon (your profile photo).
2. Choose Users and Workspaces.
3. Under Workspaces > [Workspace name] > General, go to the Danger zone.
4. Click Delete workspace.

Note: Make sure you definitely want to do this as it's an irreversible action. We cannot restore a deleted workspace.

Understanding the impacts of a deleted workspace

Deleting a workspace has the following consequences:

• All comments, highlighted statuses on conversations, internal tags, and filters are deleted. Connected users are also disconnected.

• Admins and Account Managers not connected to other workspaces will still be able to use your account.

• Agents not connected to other workspaces will not be able to use Zendesk QA and will see a message asking them to contact their admin.
