Why doesn't the updated_at attribute return my last update to a Sell user profile?

When retrieving user data from the Sell API, the updated_at value doesn't match my last update on that user profile. What is causing this behavior?

Answer

The updated_at attribute returns the date on which the user profile was last updated.

However, changes made by an admin from the profile pages described below don't reflect on that attribute:

• In Sell > Settings () > Manage > Users > Click the agent name to open and edit their profile
• In Admin Center > People > Team members > Click the agent name > Edit user > Edit Profile
