Why doesn't the updated_at attribute return my last update to a Sell user profile?

When I retrieve user data from the Sell API, the updated_at value doesn't match my last update to that user profile. What causes this?

Answer

The updated_at attribute shows the date of the last update to the user profile.

However, updates by an admin from the profile pages below don't change that attribute:

• In Sell > Settings () > Manage > Users > Click the agent name to open and edit the agent's profile
• In Admin Center > People > Team members > Click the agent name > Edit user > Edit Profile
