Can reviewers and reviewees remain anonymous in Zendesk QA?
Answer
Reviewers and reviewees cannot be anonymous. However, users can change their names and hide their identity. For example, they can use code words with variations to differentiate users without using their real names.
As a Zendesk QA user, you can only change your own name.
