AI agents - Advanced supports many languages. Which specific languages are supported depends on whether your AI agent uses intents (expression-based), use cases (zero-training), or UltimateGPT replies.
Language understanding is multi-directional and thus can support the understanding of horizontal (left-to-right and right-to-left) and vertically written messages.
Tip: If you don’t see your language and want to request that we consider adding support for it, contact Zendesk Customer Support.
