AI agents - Advanced supports many languages. Which specific languages are supported depends on whether your AI agent uses intents (expression-based), use cases (zero-training), generative replies, or agentic AI.
Language understanding is multi-directional and thus can support horizontal (left-to-right and right-to-left) and vertically written messages.
Transliteration is not supported for language input. Users must use the native script of the supported language. For example, Russian must be entered in Cyrillic; transliterated text, such as using Latin characters for Russian, won't be recognized.
