Add an option to customize views for an agent without groups

It would be a very nice feature to be able to customize what view an agent can see without having to make a group to apply to the view, especially when we have alot of agents that need access to different views.
Having an option to apply a view to just one agent, then we could have fewer groups to prevent missunderstanding

Upvoted. I have created Personal Views for myself to help keep an eye on certain workflows. It has proven to be necessary that others also need access to this view. At the moment, I take screenshots of my view so they can create another Personal View OR I create a dead group with the Agents and add the view to the Group.
It would be so much easier and faster if I could share my view with individual Agents
