Add custom text to "Submit a request" form on Zendesk Guide

Hi all

We need to add some custom text as information in our Submit a request form page on Zendesk Guide. 

Pretty much we want to add information telling customers to check their spam inbox if they did not receive any reply from us, since there seems to be some cases where this happen.

How can we modify the form page and add this information?

Screenshot of our form attached. We would like to add the information in relation to the Submit button.

Hey Sebastian,

Have you had a chance to review this tip? Can I add a disclaimer to a specific ticket form in Help Center?

This should hopefully point you in the right direction :)

You should be able to to this by editing the new_request_page.hbs file in your theme. See Editing your Help Center theme then Edit Code.
Just add the required text in html before or after the {{request_form}} tag.

I ended up creating a custom box with text, asking customers to confirm they understand the part about spam inbox.

All in all I got what I wanted.
