zChat.removeTags cannot remove tags when using Agent Workspace

    Oh, apologies.

    On this page or on the website https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us, you have an option to start a conversation (through the Messaging Bubble on the bottom right) and then share the same details. That will create an internal ticket for us to ask more details.
