Requester's browser - usage data display

We cannot see the user’s OS and Browser information in tickets and chat views - will this be possible?

Unfortunately, viewing OS/Browser information in chat was a feature in the older Zendesk Chat platform that didn't make it over to Agent Workspace. i don't believe it's in the newer Messaging product. I feel its loss too, it was really helpful for technical support!

In the ticket system though, you can get some useragent string information from the ticket audit log, if the user replied via the your Guide help centre but it's not a reportable attribute.
