Hi Paul,
Can you give me a bit more details about how you are using it? The results of text enhancement should be returned in the language of the the locale of the article.

Hey Katarzyna Karpinska
Ah! I jumped the gun and went in to test it on an English-language article, thinking the AI would detect the language of the highlighted sentence.
I tested there in another locale, and it's working! Thank you! We're excited to see how much this will help. We also use Notion in our org, and I've been occasionally using the AI functionality to help with content creation. It'll be nice to be able to do that directly in Guide now! 🙌 Thanks again!

Would it be possible to enforce a specific language?
My use case is for agent tickets, and I would like my agents to summarize tickets to English no matter the language on the tickets or the user's system. This would help when we're working between departments.
I got an english summary on a ticket where one of my agents got a Swedish one (It was a Swedish case). On another ticket of a Norwegian agent they got a Norwegian summary.

When you say chosen language, do you mean the language they set up their entire zendesk suite in? Because in the Norwegian case, she's multilingual, and she normally uses Swedish in Zendesk as far as I know, it's just that on that ticket the summary was in Norwegian for her.
Or is there a specific setting for AI language somewhere?
Perhaps it's a better question for Katarzyna Karpinska ?

Hi Daniel Nordh
It is not a certain setting for this specifically. The language in summarize ticket feature is defined by the language set on the Agents profile - so the same language they use Zendesk in. It doesn't matter what language the customer is set to etc.

That doesn't seem to be correct. As said, my team member uses Swedish in Zendesk, but gets a Norwegian summary on Norwegian tickets:

As can be seen on the screenshot, the summary is in Norwegian, but the titles are in Swedish. (The languages are similar for the uninitated, but you can see that the Swedish uses Ö, while Norwegian uses Ø for the same letter)
This is on their profile, just to verify:
In other words, it seems that the language is not fixed by what the agent's profile setting is.
